Taco Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 container (16 ounce) sour cream
  3. 1 package (1.25 ounce) taco seasoning
  4. 1/4 head lettuce, rinsed, dried and shredded
  5. 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  6. 3 tomatoes, chopped
  7. 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  8. 1 can (2.25 ounce) black olives, drained and sliced
  9. Serve with:
  10. tortilla chips
Directions:

In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread this mixture in a 9- inch round serving dish (a pie plate works well).

Top the mixture with lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, bell pepper and black olives.

Serve with tortilla chips.
