Grilled Sirloin Salad

Yield:
Serves 6

Use leftover sirloin steak to make this quick and delicious salad!

Ingredients:

  1. precooked grilled sirloin steak strips
  2. 2 bags your favorite ready-to-use-salad greens
  3. 1 small Bermuda onion, sliced
  4. 1/2 cup baby bella mushrooms
  5. 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  6. Vinaigrette Dressing:*
  7. 1/4 cup garlic infused olive oil
  8. 3 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  9. 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  10. *OR 1/4 cup bottled Balsamic vinaigrette
  11. salt, to taste
  12. pepper, to taste
Directions:

In small bowl, whisk together ingredients for vinaigrette. *To save even more time use bottled balsamic vinaigrette.

In large bowl, combine salad greens, steak strips, onion and mushrooms. Toss with vinaigrette, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Gorgonzola.
