Combine dressing, brown sugar, garlic and ginger; mix well.
In a shallow baking dish, pour 1/2 cup of marinade over steaks, turning steaks to coat. Refrigerate, covered for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade.
Grill steaks and pineapple, turning frequently and brushing with remaining marinade, until steaks are cooked as desired.
