Main Meal Antipasto Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pkg. salad shells
  2. 1 pkg. (16 oz.) rotini pasta
  3. 1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained
  4. 1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) pepperoni, sliced
  5. 1/2 cup ripe olives, sliced
  6. 1/2 cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  7. 1 bottle (8 oz.) Italian dressing
Directions:

Bake shells according to directions on package; cool. Cook rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold running water. In a large bowl, mix beans, pepperoni, olives and bell pepper with cooled pasta. To serve, toss salad with Italian dressing. Divide among 4 shells. Serve at once.
