Farfalle With Shrimp And Sweet Peas

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Tablespoons butter
  2. 2 Tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
  3. 1 cup heavy cream
  4. Salt, to taste
  5. Pepper, to taste
  6. 1 package (16 ounce) farfalle pasta
  7. 8 ounces shrimpmeat, cooked
  8. 1 cup frozen baby peas, thawed
Directions:

Melt butter in large saucepan. Add onions and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add cream and heat to boiling. Immediately reduce heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened and reduced to about 3/4 cup, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Add to cream mixture along with shrimp and peas; stir until heated through.
