Chilled Orange And Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cup orange juice
  2. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  3. 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  4. 2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
  5. 1/8 teaspoon onion salt
  6. 1 lb. broccoli, drained, cooked, then chilled
  7. 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
  8. 1/2 cup sweet red pepper, cut into 1/2 inch squares
Directions:

Combine the orange juice, oil, mustard, dill and onion salt in a jar with a lid; shake well.

In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, orange slices and red pepper; pour dressing over mixture; toss lightly. Chill for 30 minutes, stir before serving.
