Herb Rubbed Steak

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 pounds top sirloin steak, cut into 4 servings
  2. 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  4. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  5. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  6. 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Directions:

In a small bowl, combine onion, thyme, basil, pepper and garlic; mix well with fingers, then sprinkle evenly on both sides of steaks. Rub in with fingers. Grill steak, uncovered, to desired doneness.
