Pecan Pie Bars

Yield:
2 dozen

Ingredients:

  1. 1 container (8 oz.) crescent rolls
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 cup corn syrup
  5. 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  6. 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  7. 1/2 teaspoon milk
Directions:

Unroll crescent dough into a rectangle; press onto the bottom and up 1/2 inch of sides of 13x9 inch baking pan. Seal seams and perforations. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the crust. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Cool completely before cutting.
