Mustard Chicken With Pineapple

Ingredients:

  1. 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks
  2. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  3. 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  4. 2 tablespoons butter
  5. salt to taste
  6. 1 medium onion, quartered
  7. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  8. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  9. 1/2 teaspoon crumbled marjoram
  10. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:

Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set aside.

Brown chicken and garlic in butter in large skillet. Sprinkle chicken with salt; add onion to skillet; saute until soft. Stir in reserved pineapple juice, mustard, Worcestershire, marjoram and pepper. Spoon over chicken. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.

Add pineapple; heat through and serve.
