Tangy Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 large head cauliflower, broken into florets (about 6 cups)
  2. 1 cup green grapes, halved
  3. 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  4. 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  5. 1/3 cup honey
  6. 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Directions:

In a large bowl, toss cauliflower, grapes and walnuts. Combine the mayonnaise, honey and mustard; pour over cauliflower mixture and stir to coat. Serve immediately.
