Crusty Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cup flour
  2. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  3. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  6. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  7. 3 lbs. frying chicken, cut into pieces
  8. 1/2 cup canola oil
Directions:

Combine flour, salt, garlic salt, celery salt, pepper and paprika in paper bag. Add a few pieces of chicken at a time. Shake to coat.

Heat oil to 365 F. in electric skillet or on medium high heat in large heavy skillet Fry chicken 30-40 minutes without lowering heat. Turn once for even browning. Drain on paper towels.
