Shrimp with Chili Peppers

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb. peeled shrimp
  2. 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  3. 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  4. 3 fresh chili peppers, seeded and chopped
  5. 2 shallots, chopped
  6. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  7. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  8. 1 teaspoon basil
  9. 1 teaspoon oregano
  10. hot cooked spaghetti (optional)
Directions:

Thaw shrimp, if frozen and pat dry. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.

Cook shrimp, green pepper, chile peppers, shallots and garlic in hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp is opaque.

Add Parmesan cheese, basil and oregano to shrimp mixture; toss to combine.

If desired, serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
