Heat oven to 450 degrees F
Prepare single pie crust according to package directions, using a 9- inch pie plate. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely.
In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, celery, toasted almonds, mayonnaise and cheese. Spoon into pie shell. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Cut into wedges and serve.
