Lemon Garlic Chops

Ingredients:

  1. 8 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick
  2. 2/3 cup lemon juice
  3. 1/2 cup olive oil
  4. 4 oz. chopped garlic
  5. 2 tablespoons dried tarragon and crushed paprika
Directions:

Place pork chops in a large bowl. Prepare marinade using all remaining ingredients. Pour marinade over pork chops; cover and refrigerate 6-8 hours, turning to coat chops occasionally. Drain chops, discarding all marinade. Place chops on rack in a broiler pan; sprinkle with paprika. Broil for 5-6 minutes until brown. Turn chops and sprinkle with paprika; broil for 5-6 minutes longer or until done.
