Mustard Glazed Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
  2. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  3. 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
  4. 1/2 teaspoon pesto
  5. 4 (6 oz. each) fresh swordfish steaks, cut 1-inch thick
Directions:

Heat margarine or butter, lemon juice, mustard and pesto in a small saucepan over low heat until melted. Brush both sides of swordfish steaks with mustard mixture.

Grill fish steaks on an oiled grill rack for 8 to 12 minutes or just until fish begins to flake easily, turning once halfway through and brushing occasionally with mustard mixture.
