Heat margarine or butter, lemon juice, mustard and pesto in a small saucepan over low heat until melted. Brush both sides of swordfish steaks with mustard mixture.
Grill fish steaks on an oiled grill rack for 8 to 12 minutes or just until fish begins to flake easily, turning once halfway through and brushing occasionally with mustard mixture.
