Teriyaki America's Cut

Ingredients:

  1. 2 America's cut (1 1/2-inch-thick boneless center loin chop)
  2. 1 cup teriyaki marinade
  3. 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  4. 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in bowl or plastic bag; marinate from 30 minutes to overnight in refrigerator. Remove chops from marinade (discard remaining marinade). Grill over hot coals for 12-15 minutes, turning once.
