Sole Au Gratin

An elegant seafood entree.

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  2. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  3. 1 pound sole fillets
  4. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

In shallow dish combine bread crumbs and grated cheese.

Brush all sides of fillets with mayonnaise; dredge in crumb mixture to coat all sides. Arrange in single layer in shallow baking pan.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and fish flakes easily.
