Yield:
Makes 6 servings
In a small bowl, combine the apple juice concentrate, corn syrup, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain and cool thoroughly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the tortellini, apples, salad greens, strawberries, celery, green onions and, if desired pine nuts. Pour the apple juice dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
