Grilled Ham Slice with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients:

  1. 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  2. 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  3. 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  4. 2 teaspoons chopped fresh jalapeno chile
  5. 2 teaspoons lime juice
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 fully cooked center cut ham, sliced into 1-inch thick pieces
Directions:

In a small bowl, combine all salsa ingredients; mix well and set aside.

Place ham on grill over medium heat and cook 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning 3-4 times. Serve with pineapple salsa.
