Orange Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1/3 cup minced onion
  3. 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  4. 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  5. 1 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  7. 2 tablespoons flour
  8. 2 cups orange juice
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Arrange chicken in a large baking pan, not overlapping. Sprinkle with onion, paprika, rosemary, salt and pepper. Whisk flour with orange juice until it is blended and there are no lumps. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until tender and juices run clear. Baste occasionally with pan juices while chicken is cooking. Serve sauce with chicken.
