Pineapple Ham and Rice

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups cooked rice
  2. 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
  3. 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
  4. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  6. 1 teaspoon ground mustard
Directions:

In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Spoon into a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 25 - 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until heated through.
