Country-Style Cole Slaw

The perfect side dish to fried chicken and biscuits!

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  2. 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  3. 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  4. 3/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  6. 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
  7. 4 cups coarsely shredded cabbage
  8. 3/4 cup coarsely shredded carrots
  9. 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  10. 2 Tablespoons sliced green onions
Directions:

In medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sugar, cider vinegar, salt, dry mustard and celery seeds. Blend well.

Add cabbage, carrots, green pepper and green onions; toss to coat well. Cover; chill at least 2 hours.
