Oriental Pierogies

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pkg. (16.9 oz.) Mrs. T's Potato & Cheddar or Potato & Onion Pierogies
  2. 3 cups vegetables (fresh or frozen ) such as broccoli; green, red, or yellow peppers;
  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1/2 cup chicken broth
  5. 1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions:

Thaw frozen pierogies in boiling water for 5 minutes, uncovered. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, combine vegetables, garlic, chicken broth and soy sauce and saute until vegetables are tender-crisp (about 5 minutes).

Add pierogies and saute for an additional 3 -5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
