Low Calorie Italian Dressing

Yield:
Makes 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cans ( 6 ounces each ) V-8 Low Sodium Cocktail Vegetable Juice
  2. 2 tablespoons vinegar
  3. 1/4 teaspoon oregano leaves, crushed
  4. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:

Into small bowl or covered jar, measure all ingredients; stir with fork or cover and shake until well blended. Cover; keep refrigerated. Stir before serving.
