New Delhi Chicken Salad

Yield:
Makes about 2 1/2 cups; 4 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  2. 1/4 cup sour cream
  3. 2 tablespoons finely chopped chutney
  4. 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  5. 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 2 cans (5-oz.) Swanson Chunk Chicken
  8. 1 small apple, diced (about 1/2 cup )
  9. 1/2 cup chopped celery
  10. 2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
  11. 4 slices pineapple
Directions:

In bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chutney, lemon juice, curry and salt. Toss lightly with chicken, apple, celery and almonds. Chill. Serve on pineapple slices. Garnish with additional almonds if desired.
