Tuna Pitas

Yield:
8 mini sandwiches

A cleverly crafted version of the tuna sandwich

Ingredients:

  1. 1 package (3 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  2. 2 Tablespoons brown mustard
  3. 1 can (6 ounce ) tuna, drained
  4. 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  5. 2 loaves (6 inch) pita bread
  6. Tomato slices
  7. Lettuce leaves
Directions:

Beat together cream cheese and mustard until smooth; stir in tuna and celery. Place lettuce and tomato slice inside each pita triangle and fill with tuna salad.
