Potage Senegalese

Yield:
Makes about 3-1/2 cups.

Served hot or cold, this soup is fabulous

Ingredients:

  1. 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  2. 1 soup can water
  3. 1/2 cup light cream
  4. 1/4 cup applesauce
  5. 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  6. 1 teaspoon curry powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  8. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  9. 1 avocado, sliced
Directions:

In saucepan, combine all ingredients except avocado. Heat; stir occasionally. Top each serving with avocado.

For chilled soup: Prepare recipe as above; chill 6 hours. Serve in chilled bowls. Recipe compliments of Campbell's
